1. Confirm quality standards and technical requirements with customers in the early stage.
2. Set achievable quality objectives and standards.
3. R&D and design output DFM/A (Design for Manufacturability/Assembly) to avoid design defects and ensure the rationality of subsequent production and assembly.
◆Formulate technical standards: Define specifications, drawings, technical parameters, etc.
◆ Formulate process standards: Determine work instructions, SOP, etc.

Quality Process

1. Conduct evaluation and management of suppliers' process quality.
2. Perform quality inspection on equipment and materials in the early stage.
3. Carry out quality inspection of equipment during the production and assembly process.
4. Conduct outgoing quality inspection for equipment before shipment.

Quality Improvement

1. Analyze and address quality issues arising from equipment, and issue 8D reports.
2. Optimize standard documents.
3. Conduct quality training to drive continuous improvement.
